aat the price of shipping charged, it should have been delivered as requested and on time. while the product met expectations (it was a gift), a delivery refund is in order

I thought I was ordering Reims Champagne Vinegar--the replacement for this vinegar is not from Reims. Hopefully it will be a suitable substitution. Picture listed is still Reims but vinegar is not.

Camembert was crumbly and too old, several other cheeses were too hard, with loss of flavor

The meat products were not sufficiently insulated or packed in dry ice. By the time they arrived everything was thawed out... a disappointment as I had expected to stock my freezer. The Kobe beef patties were just "cool" in temp, not even cold.

We bought this food for a friend that is undergoing chemo. She loved the soup and cheese. Thanks for your prompt delivery! Much appreciated. Do wish you had the double glouchester with chives. Maybe soon?
