    The product was cheap wood... and it came with two huge gouges in the side of the wood. This could not be seen when inspection the furniture.

    I received the shipment on time - but they are still in the boxes due to a trip scheduled after their arrival. I have someone coming to assemble them, so I can't comment on a lot of the questions.

    The bookcase is the one I wanted but it came in damaged...there were scratches in it. It either should be discounted or furniture coverup sent to us to cover the scratches in it.
