Free shipping w/Estes truck co damaged desk piece w/fork lift. A small dent & piece doesn't seem to be coming apart but we have not had time to put the desk together to determine if ok or not & if the damaged area will show. Late delivery after 2...

Color appeared to be very light in the online photo. We compared it to our furniture when we ordered. Item delivered was quite dark and not consistent with our light furniture.Representative gave us a $50 discount and we are satisfied with that.

I was very pleased with the quality, speed of delivery and care taken in the packaging of the item for delivery. It was extremely well packed to avoid any shipment damage. Overall I cannot think of a single complaint or problem.

My issue is taking payment before shipment. I placed the order on 10/10. My checking account was debited on 10/14. On 10/23 I received notice of shipment. It is better to take payment WHEN you ship, not before.

I've ordered all the furniture I used to redecorate my study (replacing a pair of folding tables and some 15 year old bookcases) from officefurniture.com, and I couldn't be happier with the items I got, the price, or the service.

my only complaint was i did not receive two screws that were for the striker plate. i worked around it. the doors do not line up, but that is probably my fault....aagain i worked around it.

One peice was damaged....not a big deal because peice is hidden. Two peices were cut to the wrong length but was able to cut myself with no problem. I am overall satisfied.

Rude delivery people - no greeting or introduction - just "where do you want it?". Informed that the furniture would never fit through the door where I wanted it, but did with no problem. One of the casters on the chair broke the first time I sat on...

I really like the site and the customer service was great. The product I bought was extremely low in quality and high in frustration for the amount I paid. I'd recommend the service but I personally will not buy furniture online again.
