I greatly dislike the inability to actually talk to a rep on the phone. I am greatly displeased at the delay of being informed the product I ordered was out of stock. Also, my cancelled orders continue to show that they have not been cancelled.

Shipping tracking listed it as not shipped yet and then I received it the next day. I would have stayed home from work if I knew it was coming.

The item I thought I was purchasing was not the one pictured (color). There was NO tracking item of the shipment. Web site NEVER showed it as being shipped just "allocated" whatever that was supposed to mean. UPDATE website!

Everything about the purchase was great except the lid of the Weber grill arrived damaged. We called Weber directly & they are sending a new one. We really appreciate yours & Weber's great customer service.

Product did not ship on time. No 800 number,so used so called "live chat", which was not. No response on 1st query so sent a second with a sterner tone and got somebodys attention and finally got product shipped.Product slightly damaged.

This is the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had. Your organization simply turned me over to an automated responder with the same return message.
