It would be nice to get the plans digitally. I have access to a large printer. The cost of shipping and handling is the reason why I may not place another order. Even getting something in Canada would help.

They need to work on the online ordering process. With some items there are items that are supposed to be included free of charge, but there is no way to designate the items you want.

I did not receive any notice of when you got the order or when it was to be shipped. I was not sure you even got the order untel I received the product.

I almost always choose wildwood designs when ordering merchandise that they offer. Their prices are equivalent to others, and they stand ebehind their products.
