Proactive order department. They called me about my zip code and then pointed out an error I made in the order (colors I ordered didn't match) before they shipped it. Even then the order arrived a day early.

I aws not contacted. I had to call Christmas Treasures because a puzzle piece was missing and the other puzzle I ordered was torn and bent. They replaced both puzzles for me in a few days and I made both puzzles and they are perfectly fine
