I ordered ONE item and received 5 items delivered in 3 different packages. When I called customer service they said too bad. I still have not received credit for my return. Very disappointed.

I've always had trouble with fitting...even in store where I can try things on. I wasn't surprised that things weren't a perfect fit. One area of concern is that my identify was stolen at some point during the week of this order and two others.

I bought the same pants in three different sizes and none fit right. Other "Just My Size" pants bought in store were sized differently. Since I pay for shipping to my home and back, this gets pricey and time consuming.
