I thought it took a long time for the item to arrive. And will need to contact the company about the item has already broken, but otherwise and pleased, and was happy to find this item as I have been searching for it for a long time.

4/7/08 Sproke with United (Ron) The item was traked at delivery was made acording to Fedex, But I did not received it. Ron istructed ME to phone Fedex. Fedex will be tracing it. I feel the item should have had a signature required upon delivery. So, now what if Fedex doesn't find it? I'm out of pocket on my purchase? (more)

I chose United Vacuum because they had the best prices I could find on line, but I was a bit disappointed that I had to call twice to get information on when my package would be shipped. After I received the initial e-mail confirmation that they had my order, I didn't hear anything for two weeks. If the item was on backorder, I would have like to have been informed. (more)
