I had called b/c I did not see the screws for the vacuum, (they were taped to the underpart of handle). I e-mailed regarding this, if I was supposed to get this part, but never recv'd an e-mail back. I did find them after a day.

I checked around, and United Vacuums had the best prices by far. I thought the web site was easy to shop on as well. I would recommend it to any one.

I have only one level of dissatisfaction with United Vacuum. The vacuum is great, but they didn't include the 6 vacuum bags I ordered and paid for. I emailed them and have not gotten a response.

The power button on canister part fell off the first time I used it within the first 30 minutes. The hose was blocked with vacuumed particles and caused me to get sick after vacuuming with it and the cord refused to rewind into the canister.
