Order was not received in a timely manner, but United Vacuum must have been on top of things when they did not receive my delivery confirmation. They then sent the item out. It only took two weeks after the order was placed.

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering my steam cleaner and the price was the best I could find. The cleaner arrived even more quickly than expected. I will do business with United Vacuum again.

1st, substituded different model with my permision. Calling was great but should have handled before accepting order. 2nd. incorrect set of hardware shipped with this vacuum. United Vacuum told me to resolve it with the manufacturer, not them.

Everything is fine with the Bissel steam cleaner.. I love it!! Only thing is, the shipping is just REALLY SLOW. But that was stated on the page about shipping. It was OK though as I did not need to use it immediately.
