was fairly happy that product got to me in 8 days. papers inside of the box were all crumpled up and were torn in a number of places. I think thatthe shipping papers and information should be folded in some way.

My niece had tried on many Northface jackets in person before and they fit consistently fine. So we decided to order one on line from you. a nice jacket, but the sleeves are tight on her. She decided to keep it anyways, but thought you should know.

The issue in this case was that I don't believe that I received an E Mail confirmation of the order or E Mail that the order had been shipped.
