I was pleased with my over all experience with this company. I was just slightly dissapointed with the font size of the engraving. It was smaller than I thought it would be.

The only problem I faced was that the customization of the pendant had lettering which were too small to read. The pendant image on the website misled me to believe the names were easily readable.
