Shop addidas.com was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. It took me a long time to find a shoe in size 16 for my son. The order came back wrong the first time. I ordered size 16 basketball shoes and received flip flops.

Ordered a watch that came in with a dead battery. Called Customer Service and was patched to 3 other numbers. Had to go out of my way/schedule to a watch store to take care of dead battery.

I believe that you should have a Law Enforcement/ Gov't Program like Oakley does, because it is hard for us to afford these expensive boots for work/duty purposes.
