I was impressed by the fact that all I did was e-mail BestPrices.Com regarding an order I had not received, and after waiting 30 days, I contacted BP again via e-mail to let them know I had not received my order and within a week I recieved my order!

Good experience overall. One of the DVD cases had broken inside at some point (the piece that holds the DVD in place) and the DVD was left to jerk around inside. Luckily it was not scratched too much though, and I've worked at movie stores so I know... (more)
