i had a problem with the customs due to smarthome. I appeciate how smarthome correct the mistake. Thanks for all, i appeciate your business and i am sure, i will come back again.

My only issue was that the customer service rep I spoke to was not adaquately knowledgeable on the Timerlinc and the Smartlinc. Both work slightly different from what she explained to me.

I called to cancel 2 of 6 items remaining on backorder....wanted 4 delivered. Instead, the cancelled 4 and had 2 delivered. Subesequent call to customer service rectified the problem w/o additional shipping charges.

The item I ordered was to be shipped out on 9/8/09. I was notified a day before it was to be shipped out that it was back ordered. I needed this item right away and didnot have time to wait because it was back ordered.

I purchased this item as a CHristmas gift for my son and his family. I will not know until then if it is a good product. I sure hope it is. The item was shipped quickly once I got my end of everything set up the process was painless.

Overall satisfied. The mechanical drawings/information could be better. Door strike I purchased did fit well. I need to return it and get a different one. Hope it will work fine this time because again, drawings w/dimensions were not very good.

The product has a rather complicated installation process which was not indicated on the description of the product on the web site. Description of the product should definitely include a basic list of what is needed to install the product
