I dont think e-bay supports the sellers as much as they should. Its the sellers that keep them alive .
look at the rules for the sellers and ajust them to protect them from bad buyers!!!!!
This is why I dont sell much anymore

9 out of times I am extremely happy with my purchases at ebay and the other 1 time I am satisfied enough that I continue to shop there so it is an overall good experiance.

The nature of this vast marketplace makes it a less well organized than some other sites, but given this diversity of sellers, it approaches miracle status. Expending a little effort searching, will yield good results, at very good prices.

E BAY I USE QUITE FREQUENTLY AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCT OR DELIVERY SO THEY ARE STILL ONE OF THE BEST SHOPPING WEBSITES AVAILABLE

ebay needs to standardize shipping terminology used by sellers , eg there is no such thing as "standard shipping" at USPS (I say as retired USPS postmaster)--causes great confusion and overcharging most of the time

This is a bit harder to comment since there are so many sellers on ebay. I have had positive experiences 99% of the time in the 12 years I've been shopping at this auction site.
