Picture of product is deceiving; I thought I was getting an Andean doll & animal; yet I recieved instruction and suggestion to purchase additional products plus Yarns (3) of different materials and colors (30yds.). tghe other products were ok

The price quoted and then charged to my card was different. When I brought it to the attention of the customer service, it was not resolved until I resent it a second time. The discrepency was only $2.00, but in these economic times, every penny...

Dissappointed in the tracking. Email said they were mailed but they didn't show up in tracking for 5 days. Then, it showed up and was delivered in the same day. Quality items.

i ordered a wooden shopping cart for my grandaughter and it is absolutely darling. It arrived in pieces but was relatively easy to assemble. It is sturdy and definitely what I was hoping for.

I was pleased with the purchase I made. I did enjoy looking at the catalogue, and there were many toys that I might be interested in purchasing in the future, especially if there are discounts or sales on the items.

I would have liked to know the shipping carrier. I do not receive mail at my house as there was no home mail delivery when I moved here. Our small post office has limited hours to pick up items. Please add this information to your website.
