Items were missing from individual boxed toys. Resolution was satisfactory, but 2 of the 5 items i ordered had missing pieces.

The horse shoes are so light that they move when you hit it and there is no way to stake them into the ground. I was very inconvenient to have to go to the post office to sign. I order on line all the time and I NEVER had to go to the post office.

I ordered the lady bugs and was told that they were available. When I received the order they were on the invoice but not in the box. Customer service told me that they were no longer available and no replacement could be sent in time for Easter.
