I called to request the item I ordered be sent to a different address and was told that it was possible and would be done. The item arrived at the wrong address.

The top of the table was scratched but not bad enough to send back. Part of the underside of the table was chipped off. This must have happened when it was made and no one caught the mistake.

Ordered a crib and changing table and they were never shipped - no one at Baby Age could tell me when it would be shipped and had to cancel order after waiting for a month for product. Ended up at Babies R Us and got a crib and table.

Order was suppose to be delivered within two days..It was not.Gift was not there for bay shower .As Grandparents this is embarassing...I was informed that articles would not be shipped for 2 to 4 weeks when phone call was made..

Customer Service Representative named Kris was very rude and basically disputed shipping information and dates that were previously sent to me.
I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours.
