You promised me I would receive my baby crib, but that was over 2 months ago and now you are telling that it may be another 1.5 months if not longer. I am very disappointed with the time it has taken thus far.

All my products came together in one box but there should have been some bubble wrap or paper wrapping to pad teh products as they had a lot of movement within the box and some items were coming out of their boxes and could have been damaged.

Item was shipped promptly, however although the website suggests "next-day delivery", it took the freight carrier 3 days to deliver.

Great price for a great item. My grandson just loves it and I'm sure his friends will too. Thank you!

items were just what I was lokig for.

I was very happy with the ordering process and selection. The shipping was very fast. The box, however, was so crushed, UPS didn't to leave it and brought it back the next day so I could inspect it for damages. There was no padding in the box, and that may be how the manufacturer packs the product. In inspecting the car seat, it seemed unharmed. I love the seat. Went to the fire dept. to have it installed properly, because the instructions are somewhat confusing. My grandbaby loves it!! It looks very comfortable and got good ratings for safety. Will buy from BabyAge again. (more)

I was surprised that the items were shipped in their original box and not boxed again. I appreciate Baby Age not wasting more packaging then they need to but my items were a surprise birthday gift for my son and there was no way for me to hide them from him when they were deliver to the front door. At time of online order, one page said 1-2 weeks for delivery, another said 4-6 weeks. Just had to assume it was 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks I attempted to locate shipping information online, but couldn't. Got an email from BabyAge that claimed to have shipping info, but was a copy of the order confirmation email. Attempted 3 times to contact by email, over the course of 3 weeks, with no response at all. Finally called to inquire and was informed that the item was on backorder and was not expected to be in the COUNTRY until mid-June, 3 months after the order date. The item was purchased as a birthday present for my daughter, and was ordered 8 weeks before her birthday. I found out a week and a half... (more)

Overall, I have a good experience.

It was quite easy to use and my baby formula arrived within days of ordering. Three of the cans were dented, but no actual holes.
