I have been extremely satisfied doing business with Shoebuy. My shoe size varies due to foot problems, and I have ordered and returned many pairs of shoes. I have also been thrilled to find stylish, fun shoes that are comfortable.

I was extremely satisfied with the service from Shoebuy.com. It turned out though that I needed to order a larger size so I returned the shoes for an exchange to a larger size which was not available which left me a bit disappointed.

I ordered the boots for my step-daughter for Christmas.It was easy to order them & the customer service was great! I HOPE she will like them & I wont have to return them but if I do, it looks like its an easy process and that IS appreciated!
