I was very happy with my car rental until I received a bill of $65.65 for gas pre-pay, which I have was told it would only be $52.00 that I have a receipt for. I find this more frustrating because I returned the car with more than half a tank!...

Only problem I have is when misplaced my information on confirming anything, they normally can't give me that information. Or I will get an email response that isn't related to my ticket.

Hotel's Whirlpool in disrepair. Required for physical therapy. Hotel & Hotwire facilitated cancellation. Great work!
