There is a long lag time between when the fleece is available, and the picture of the fleece. I don't think that you should list it for purchase, until there is a picture there, especially when you are trying to take advantage of a sale.

you sent wrong mdse. sent fed ex which went to post office to deliver not my home. i have a home address on pkg. will never use fed ex again. told me i could not return to joann store even tho it was your error. asked for manager rude

This is a terriffic company to deal with on the web. When they say you will receive it that is when it arrives. This is the 2nd year in a row I have ordered from Joann's. I am really pleased.

The person in CustSupp can't spell, didn't answer my question, was uninformed and tried to make out that the problem was due to a backlog of orders. NOT TRUE. Prod rec'd promptly-but w/t/shade bent on t/lamp.Prob NOT RESOLVED.
