All I recieved is a reference number never a tracking number. It was very frustrating not being able to see where my package was in the process. That being said my package arrived on time and was complete.

I was very satisfied with my order, the only problem the main material that I ordered was not available. But the rest of the order was shipped promply and I didn't have to leave home to get it. Thanks again.

The produce shipped 10/27/09 and I received it 11/07/09. It took 11 days to receive my order from the time it shipped.

i was very impressed with it all, in the store by me they wated $35 for the exact same kit! when i saw it on joanns website and the price i was amazed! kit with s&h was still under $20! i will use this site again and share it with my friends!

PLEASE open a store in our area. Like shopping on line but like to have hands on shopping too. Would love to work at a Joann Fabric Store if it were closer to our area.
