Initially received damaged good, but they were extremely courteous in the handling of it. Quite satisfied with the resolution. Admittedly, they had the best price I could find

Received two items I did not order in place of two I did. Stickers on the incorrect items said they were the items I ordered. The sticker said jacket, they sent another designer's dress. Sent a skirt instead of a jacket for the other item.

I would like the option of doing an exchange if the product and size are available rather than having to do a return and then re-purchase.
