Customer service was good, improve protocol to prioritize customers with concerns to engender return business. Items received were wrong, warehouse needs quality checks. Phone system needs major tech support, many attempts to connect failed.

UPON DELIVER I DID NOT REC. THE HARP THAT I NEEDED TO ATTACH THE LAMP SHADE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP CREDITED ME $9.95 ON 11/24...OF WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN IN MY PAY PAL ACCOUNT. i think the refund is taking an unreasonible time to process.
