Sometimes when the tracking numbers are sent, they do not work until the day before or the day of shipping. This can be frustrating when I need to be home to answer the door to my apartment building, and I cannot plan ahead.

I was a bit disappointed that the duvet was striped. I reviewed the description again after I received the item and I did not see that mentioned. It says the color is "blue" which to me means a solid color, not stripes.

Knife set is unacceptable. Packing is all stained/nasty! Belv wood stain wet when pkgd. A white powdery substance on big knife, mold or wet stain & blade reaction? Need to return - lost Return doc. U send Return doc?

The SECOND order I received was okay... all shoes correct... still a little upset by my first order, though --- because shoes were wrong... did not have in time for a party I was going to wear them to.
