I like crisp - not soft - sheets. These fit the bill. I didn't dry in perma-press heat so they were wrinkled, but that didn't bother me at all. I will buy these again.

I find returns shipping charges to be disproportionately high. When one of many items ordered is returned, it shouldn't get charged $9, especially if it's the least heavy. There should be a way to pro-rate the charges.

I love the sheets that I purchased. They are 1000 thread count egyption cotton. They do wrinkle but don't mind because they are so nice to sleep on. They will get softer as I wash them more often, so am really pleased.

product was damaged, I contacted customer service. They gave me an adjustment so I didnt have to send the item back.
