The items I ordered were stated to be "In Stock" but were not really. Once I called the Customer Service Person was wonderful finding a way to complete my order. Prior to calling I had emailed concerned and simply got an email saying--out of stock.

The only thing I was disappointed with was that I wanted overnight delivery, however when I placed the oder nothing came up letting me know that because my order was after 3pm, it would not be the next business day.

Wasn't at all sure I'd like the item I ordered - many times looking at it online and then seeing it 'live' are two different things....the item I bought looked just like it did online.

The large baker has still not been delivered. One of the 2 smaller bakers has deformed handles that would make it difficult to lift.

The variety of products available on the Sur La Table website versus the store is vastly limited, thereby making shopping from home limited. Other home/garden stores on the Dubli shopping mall have greater variety.
