I placed the order online and it arrived earlier than expected but without the samples as advertised. When I called the customer service, they promised to ship some immediately. Meanwhile, I placed another order!

My shipping wasn't treated as I thought it to be treated,it took 9 days to receive,I expected it to take less than a week. The customer service person indicated you are using a new Fed X/Postal service;I will order again in the future.

I have been wondering where the item is that I ordered. I have never experienced not receiving my item. It should have been here earlier in the week but I have nothing and, of course, my credit card has been charged.

I was unhappy with the product looked different in picture. There wasn't enough of a description of it.I purchased the bronze and brighten which i have had beforefrom sophora. The color is off and makes my face look too red not happy with the color.
