When I had called customer service I only received a message. Instead I ended up emailing. Everything worked out fine, I just would have liked to have spoken to someone rather than email.

Penwa did notify me that the item I ordered was on backorder from the manufacturer within less than 24 hours of placing my order. They also notified me once they had received it and it was shipped and I received it within a few days.

The only problem was, the product I really wanted is no longer available. The Tombow Object fountain pen. But the rollerball is nice. I hope they make the fountain pen again some day, it's the best you can buy for the money!!
