I had ordered 1 dozen multi-colored balls. I wanted the twelve inch balls but i got baseballs. i e-mailed how do i get the 12 inch and ship back the baseballs but no response.

I ordered a $25 item and they charged me $7 to ship it. They used basic snail mail that took a week to get the item from San Antonio to Austin. Priority mail would have cost about $5 and got it here almost overnight. I am not at all happy with that.

item was on sale + free s/h-just right for me to afford it.
Needed & was recommend by the therapist/could not find one local.
holds on shoulder/arm w/the velcor.
stays frozen as needed.
PLEASED!!!
