I feel that the shipping cost of $11 was quite high for a 5lb bag of candy mints that cost $20. However, the item could only be found here. I checked all over the internet & would have gotten it elsewhere if found cheaper.

One of my packages was cut open, and the other had an expired date on it. I contacted customer service and was told the expiration is not necesarily a problem.

Amazon.com can routinely get stuff en route and delivered FREE within two days. Everybody else kind of piddles around and eventually gets something in the mail and then, usually within a week or so, the item actually reaches its destination.

When trying to use the tracking via the candywarehouse link I was placed into a loop with no help. When I tried to comment on it I was told I had used too many characters and had to abreviate my comments. I felt I was unable to explain the problem.
