Looked at several items,selected the one that could be shipped in 2 business days.It was supposed to arrive on Friday and didn't get here until Monday-too late. I'll return the item and lose the extra money spent on shipping it.

I placed an order which I pd for 2nd day shipping. I called about 1 week later to find out about my order. Your system said that the ring was on b/o until Nov. I was told that it was in stock and wood ship ASAP. I was forced to cancel my order.

I placed an order and checked back the next day to see the status. I didn't receive a confirmation email and the status said no order found. I place the order again. I received my original order and my second order in the mail. I have to send one...

i paid 4 2 day delivery to be on time i was told on the 28th and after the fact i am emailed stating it will take 8 to 12 business days to deliver.
