Thought everything was pricey, but took the chance. It's only been 4 days on my new bed, still not sleeping the night through but I wake up for the first time in years without back pain. That in it self makes it all worth while.

The p6 bed is lovely.....I noticed reduced back miaglia after the first night. I had a small problem ordering online and had to resubmit my order after a few days and a conversation with a customer service rep. It was sorted out to my satisfaction.

All your blankets don't come in twin/full size.
This item I did order was fine, no problems, just what I needed. My comments is on the lack of ability to order the item I wanted in my size.

I didn't expect the base would be made of plastic! And the some of the boxes were opened, that were sealed with one strip of tape. As a result the two locking pieces that join the plastic base/frame together were missing!

The mattress and foundation are fine, but we are disappointed in the controls and the pump. We have only one control for the bed and the pump is VERY loud.

I had received a coupon for $50 dollars off of bedding over $100. When I ordered online, it would not take my coupon number. I called customer service and they said call them back when I receive my shipment. I will do that today.

Someone told me it would be 3 weeks to deliver, another 3-4 weeks. I was told when ordering no more than 2 weeks. The product came in 1 1/2 weeks. Bottom line, customer service needs to be well informed on product and shipping status.

I tried several numbers from the web site & my order e-mail in order to find out the status of my order, but got only busy signals. The web site provided continuously said "no data available" for my order. No response from e-mail until after...
