I can't remember if I bought the LOST Jin figurine from this site or the LOST Puzzle (#1). The puzzle was missing atleast 10 pieces, which, with it being a puzzle was VERY annoying. Probably just the manufacturers error. Other than that everything else was great! (more)

The product was in several pieces. It was not damaged by the delivery servicem The box was not damaged. It was the quality and workmanship of the product. Both pieces had come apart. I ended up glueing it together as an "some assembly required" purchase. I would appreciate and response. (more)

I almost ordered from Target.com who had a lower price and immediately informed me of the date of expected delivery which was 3 days before yours arrived.
