2 days after I placed order they offered a mini netbook for $99. when I call to have one added to my order the customer service lady said -too bad- When I asked her for some help she rude and did not want to help me out.

I do not care for the shipping notifications. Everytime I order I receive the item before the shipping notifications.

I clicked on two differnt ink cartridges but the next page showed 6 requested. I went back and deleted,the unasked for extras. Your program fraudulantly added extra ink to bilk the unwary. For shame. Joel Kirschbaum (Ph.D.)

concerning Dell Order #941676292 I had purchase a extended repair or replace warranity with this product but did not recieve anything regarding as such..should i have recieved something as to this warranity as proff of purchasing such.. thanks

my order was not delivered by fed ex because they said my address was wrong. that is the same address that ups has had no trouble finding. I am very dissatified with fed ex they lied

Dell Cancelled my order without telling me or email, nothing. I had to re-order & DELL RAISED THE PRICE and woulld not give me the original price. Just because this item bas BACKORDERD & expected delay ay 6 days. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED !
