Have been doing business with Dell for many years and for the most part they are ok. I do find a language barrier sometimes.

To Whom It may Concren, We have always have order on line ,this last time we order a laptop,and were told that we would get it,in about 5-7 days.We got it 21 days later,I myself called to speak to someone who did not speak english at all. You need to take care of the problem,with getting to learn how talk to people.when you placed the order you should say at lease 14 days not tell us 5 to 7 days Thank you Lori Williams (more)

I found it was difficult to shop within price ranges; it was not clear to me in the beginning that the prices stated are the base prices only, and to get to a final price you go through pages of options to add. The options are not clear as to what you need vs what you want, especially for someone not fluent in computerese. (more)

Found a Canon Digital Camera on sale that I was looking for. Easy to place an order, several emails letting me know the status of my order. Only downside was they shipped via DHL.

I have bought 2 Dell computers in the last year. I am completely satisfied with Dell and their online store. There are no cons of the website. The consultant was very knowledgable and patient. Their prices are unbeatable. The customer service department is great. I actually did not need technical support on any computer, because it was actually self-explanatory instructions. I love the website and their products. (more)

The ordering process at dell.com was easy and efficient. The desriptions of each component was excellent. The delivery was rceived within two days.
