I was on hold for 35 minutes and still did not get to speak to a live person. I finally hung up and will have call when I have all day to hold.

Great staff. Exhange product defective. You should exchange the produce with a brand new item, not refurbished. That sucks. waste of my and your time and resources.

I quess you have saved money by having your call center in India, now I suggust you save even more and close it down completely. It is a complete waste of your customers (my) time and Dells money to operate such a frustrateing mess.

I had another order and it was returned by mistake for the UPS's driver.I would like to know if Dell will send that order back? I already reported that happened to Dell online

This is the third computer I have bought from Dell and all have been great and customer service and tech support has been very good. Have not used as yet, Christmas present.

I spent THIRTY minutes on the phone with the shipping company who could not find my order. Then I called Dell "Customer Support" and spent OVER ONE HOUR on the phone with them.The support group were not very sympathetic and some were quite rude.
