The only part of my experience that was not overwhelmingly positive was opening up the box and finding that my printer wasn't listed on the ink I purchased and that the cartridge didn't look like the ones I had taken out of the printer. I held off the panic attack, however, and everything worked out fine. (more)

I've always been satisfied with Ink4Art. They allways met my expectations.

my computer does not recognize the new color cartridge

I received the items on time. No problems.

Very happy with my experience at Ink4Art.

Ink cartridge requires frequent nozzle cleanings to keep it operating right.

Everything is fine and delivered on time.

So far I have been very satisfied with the products I ordered and the delivery. One of the aspects of ordering from ink4art is that the products can be ordered singly or in bigger amounts. This is particularly advantageous especially since I do not use my printers always in big quantities at all times. The other of course is the price. Thank you ! (more)

My original issue was that the first replacement cartridge from my order did not seem to fit correctly; CS said it should fit, I tried again, and it worked (possibly because there may have been a plug on the cartridge which was no longer present when I tried again — installation instructions were sparse, at best). After successful installation of the cartridge, the printer utility reported that the ink level of the new cartridge was low. CS told me that there was a problem with some batches of these cartridges, and we talked about replacing vs using them for a while to see if it was a continuing problem for me; ultimately, CS decided that it was better simply to ship me a new set along... When it appeared my order was late, I contacted ink4art via the email link provided to determine if there was a problem. I wanted to know if they could track the order. I never received a reply.
