I tried to use the $10 off code to order something else and it wouldn't work. Kind of a scam. I think you should sever your relationship with the company involved.

KS needs to offer smaller waist sizes in jeans .if they did i would purchase a whole lot more i am a 33x36 and just dont have in carpenter jeans

Customer service is very helpful. Sometimes you fnd a shirt you really like and next time you order it it is no longer available. That is frustrating.
