The bottom leaf of the ornament tree had one branch that was incorrectly placed that made it look broken. The manufacturer should see this flaw.

I recieved most of the products I ordered with the exception of one item that was on back order. The towels I purchased do look nice but are of lesser quality than i normally like to buy. Good for decoration.

As with all companies I deal with on line, I think S&H charges are out of control. I have mailed packages from NJ to Fla and don't pay what it costs me on some of the items I have ordered.
