When i received the tv it was opened and a stamp was on the warranty that it was void. I called pcvideoonline and was told they would send me a 3 year warranty. I have heard nothing yet and have tried to contact them with no success.

Placed my order online on 10/20/08 for an LCD TV. As of 11/02/08 have STILL not received any information on status of my order. Called into the sales order desk, and was verbally abused by customer service rep and have still been given no answer.

Told up front that the shipping would take a "month" (assumed 30 days). The delivery actually took 44 days. I was promised a tracking number that never arrived.The delivery service also didn't seem to have its act together.
