I had to pick up the items from UPS as the driver did not bring the items to the house. We were home the second time he showed up but he did not give us a chance to get to the door, in fact he did not ring the bell as we never heard it.

hard drive has intermittent difficulty in opening larger files. After looking into it, I discovered it is infamous for it!

I have never had such a bad experience ordering online and am left feeling scammed since the "delay tactic" enabled Newegg.com to raise its price.

I've done business with newegg before and have been very happy with them. The only reason I didn't rate them a 10 was that they didn't offer free shipping on the item I ordered. When I've ordered this item in the past, I didn't have to pay shipping.
