I was really disappointed that the Nanette lepore dress I was sent had rips in the lace. I would have ordered a replacement but I was not sure it would happen again so I took a credit to my card instead. There should be much better quality control....

You actually sent me the wrong item in a box marked for the correct item. Very weird. I ordered a bracelet by Fendi and what arrived was a card holder by Fendi. In the cardholder were the tags for the cardholder plus the tags for the bracelet?...
