I did not like the fact I paid for rush delivery and the driver left the box at a house on another street in our subdivision and only when the gentleman called did I know I received it.I feel I shouldn't be charged for delivery.

shoes were crumpled and felt like 2 different sizes. I returned them to the store. I lost my shipping costs. they did not have the same shoes in the store to do an exchange

It would be much easier if there was something on your web page that informs customers that someone will contact you if you're a first time customer. Not everyone accepts unknown phone calls. Also, tracking and package status could also be better

The item was shipped a week later than I was told. It also came damaged, so I had to take it into the store, and they fixed it for me.
