had a question about shipping. looked as if only part of the items had been shipped, but the rest were shipped in a separate box.. nobody seemed to know that. it floated around the delivery service for over a week. Seems like we should know it was 2...

Everything about my order was fine, except for the Pacon construction paper. The website and the shipping/invoice say each tablet has 50 sheets, but there are only 40.

One of the lightbulbs for my projector came broken in the box. All it took to resolve the issue was contacting customer service by email; they emailed me the next day saying that they had a new lightbulb on the way. I was very pleased.
