I never received the 2 styluses I ordered and have not been able to talk to anyone about when I can expect to get them. When I look at the tracking info it said it should ship on Nov. 9th.

Simply put, I was worried about the "cost" of my new T5010, but it has exceeded every expectation. The quality is evident from top to bottom, the ordering process was efficient, and the delivery tracking was excellent.

I tried to cancel one item within min. of ordering it. because it was already excepted i could not cancel now i have to return it, how do i go about this and get credit?

I placed an order to be delivered to my PO box. 4 days later I called up to check status and the 1st person said, she did not see any updates, would get back to me.There should be a check in the order process to avoid such a thing in the first place.

This purchase is my 6th Fujitsu computer. They have always served me well. You have an excellent product line. Curently I use the S series for work and the new M2010 for on the road travel.
