I placed an order to be delivered to my PO box. 4 days later I called up to check status and the 1st person said, she did not see any updates, would get back to me.There should be a check in the order process to avoid such a thing in the first place.

This purchase is my 6th Fujitsu computer. They have always served me well. You have an excellent product line. Curently I use the S series for work and the new M2010 for on the road travel.

It took three days to get package from Fed Ex as "signature was required" was marked on shipping. I had to drive to fedex on my day off to get package.

first person I talked to about type of battery needed seemed to be disinterested in helping me finally called back and a young lady helped me but said the battery wasn't available so I went online and ordered it.
