The return policy is very narrow considering they sell undergarments. One item did not fit well at all, but I am not able to return it.

Easy to find favorite brands/part numbers - difficult at a store, even obsolete part numbers! Good prices,free UPS ground ship makes a big difference.

Living in Alaska we sometimes get treated like we live in a foreign country. One time I was even told Alaska was not part of the US! I appreciate not being gouged for added shipping to Alaska. Thanks,
