No one emailed me for over a week to let me know one item i ordered was not available, after not getting an email from them i called them. i was told one product was not available but the rest would be shipped. no way to track,late!

I ordered an after-market cell phone screen protector, described on the site as one that was specific to my model of phone. What I received was an ill-fitting universal screen protector sheet.

I ordered a samsung charger for my samsung camera and they sent one that was for a connon, it even had for cannon printed in the charger, when i called they tried to tell me it was the item i ordered, i had to explain cannon charger would not work
