Service was good. The only thing I didn't care for, and I'm not sure if it was because it was an older product, or if that's the way it always is, was my buried nutrition complete vitamin had "floaties" in it.

the website needs improvement. Too busy and items overlap on the screen. The lateness of the order was due to UPS losing the order I was told. I finally did my products.

Some of the items were not available it took awhile to get them into stock. There was about a 2 week delay. I received all my items yesterday.
