eVitamins is one of the best places online that I order from. I receive email stauts updates when my orders are shipped and in the past when I have has to contact them, my concerns were handled immediately and effectively.

Shipping fees are expensive. I paid you $18 for shipping and handling but had to pay another $19 to recieve the parcel here!

there was a price difference fromthe coupon that you sent me. I was cheated of $1.00 that you were suppossed to take off of my order and EVitamins did not. I have called atleast 2 or 3 times and no one has returned my calls.

I had to pay over $30.00 in brokerage fees because a $20.00 product was shipped with UPS instead of USPS. My request for an acomandation was refused by customer service. It will cost me more to ship it back then it is worth.
