The product arrived on schedule and in great condition but the shipping cost for such a small item seemed high. I admit I will check around for free, or lower cost, shipping before my next purchase.

I purchased an LED Maglite and a conversion kit to LED not knowing I did not need the conversion kit. Some input from Zbattery notifying me that the kit wasn't needed, would have been helpful

I was never given a delivery date or time frame. This was an internet order. Tracking the package was ok, but I don't know why it spent 3 days sitting in IL.
