Really nice people... was able to resolve the issue with NO problem. Order was shipped, received, and installed!! But honestly... you didn't have to put it in a box THAT big!!

I had ordered 3 each of 4 different items. One item received was not what was ordered. When I contacted customer support, she told me I would have to return the incorrect item BEFORE she would send me the correct item. I stated that I had already paid for the item they failed to ship and to wait until they received the item I was to return was unacceptable. After a brief argument, she agreed to go ahead and send me the item I had already paid for. (more)

I do not how to return a product that I purchased and have not used because the equipment I bought the toner for quit working and I had to buy a new machine.

Price went up from last time I orders. Last time I did not have to pay a shipping fee, this time I did making the purchase costly so I may go somewhere else next time.

I have ordered ink cartridges fro this printer 3 or 4 times from you and have never had a problem. This time, the cartridges you sent me do not fit. The cartidge I am replacing also came from you!
