I feel that the prices are to high and will probably go to a local market to buy teas that are probably just as good.

I did not fill out the survey because I was notified that the order was delayed and you did not have a space for that. I was told that the order would be sent on the 17th of March, so I am waiting. You are ALWAYS out of the tea I almost ordered.

The product and service is good. The item however was on back order. Not a problem this time but it could have been a problem if I had not received it when I did as some of it was a gift. Good thing I ordered it early.
