I ordered a Robe that I thought was Fleece but it was more like a sweatshirt type of material, I kept it as it is to much hassel to return it. I was looking for a very soft cross between flannel and fleece if You understand, very soft material.

I was a little disappointed in the lumb r hooks as they were stamped versus cast. They still meet my requirements but I would have liked to have seen more photo angles of the hooks.

I'm not entirely happy with the Hawaiian print swimsuit. I love the swimsuit but don't like the print. The tropical print was not available in my size!:( I love the chocolate knit shell!!:)

I recieved everything in my order,but one of the jackets was the wrong size. Instead of sending it back I had a friend buy it. the next time I order from you,please double check that all the sizes are correct.The order was made out wrong. Thank you

Luggage was excellent! Shipped to my son in CA; my only comment he received it 2 weeks before I ever received an email stating it was shipped.

The item i ordered was back ordered until 11/1 but they sent me a post card telling me when i would receive it. I received it on 11/12. It was a little tinny and I would not buy this item again from them
