The cartridges were not recognized by my printer or computer so it doesn't show the ink levels. I won't know when the levels are low until I run out. So I won't be ordering from inksell again.

As of 7/6, my package has not arrived . My orders from InkSell usually arrive within three to four days. Now I'm going to have to buy printer ink from a local store at twice the price, because I just can't wait any longer.

When I called to see why my toner had been taking longer than expected, I was then told it was back ordered. In stock when ordered. There was no notification of that. It would have been good to know that via email. I will still order from them.

I liked the ease of ordering online,products were easy to find,understand and the ordering was quick and of course the prices were the best,haven't used the ink cartridges yet but they are exactly what I ordered.
