VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICE YOUR COMPANY PROVIDED.

I follow the instructions for refilling cartridgers, but the results are nil. I get a message on my Lesmark printer stating "missing cartidge" although both are in, and I got very few printouts on the first refill (black) and none on the second. I soaked the nozzle port in a saucer, although I had not depleted the ink in the original cartridge, with no positive results. This is the 2nd time I have experienced this same sequence. The first order worked fine for both the black and color cartridges, but not the 2nd or 3rd order. (more)

good service - very quick delivery - good product - why8 pay full price from the manufacturers?

Toner cartridge was covered with toner (not usable). Customer service sent me a return authorization and wanted me to order another toner cartridge using my Credit Card. I refused to give my credit card number, I said I would use Paypal and at first they said no but later agreed to let me purchase another with Paypal. Why am I without a toner cartridge while this issue remains unsolved. Dosen't seem fair that they send me junk and refuse to replace it until I take the time to send it back or buy two and wait for credit to be processed. They got me, but I don't trust them to buy another and if I had the time to mail things I would go to Office Depot or Office MAX and buy one. (more)

I ordered the complete ink cartridge package (6 cartridges) for my Epson Photo R200 printer. I received 6 cartridges, but only 3 of them fit my printer; the other 3 were the wrong size and style. I contacted customer support by e-mail, but have not received a reply. (more)

InkSell makes buying what you need simpler than driving out to the store to find what you need. I order from them for all my ink needs.

Doesn't seem like the cartridges last very long are they less filled?

I was worried abt receiving generic products, but they work fine, possibly better.

Product is good and excellent delivery.

All the Ink boxes were Crushed. Will not know is damaged until I install. This may be beyond the 90 day Warrenty period
