Customer service did not actually answer my question regarding the improper construction of the costume. they simply replied that if I didn't like it, it could be returned. My second e-mail asked what motivation I would have to order from them again if I couldn't be assured that the item would be properly sewn (I tried 3 times to send the follow-up queestion but didn't see that it was ever sent). Very good service although delivery was one day late but did arrive early the following day. I left plenty of time for delivery before event so it was not an issue. Quality of the items was as expected and we are pleased with the entire process.
