Loved it! Far better than I expected!

The costume was very poor - even the buttons are askew. I am furious that your handling charges are not being refunded, and shipping should be too given the poor quality. Including the return postage, I will have paid more than the value of the costume for a crappy product. (more)

It took us over a week to get the order through as we are in Australia and there were problems with processing our suburb and postcode. The only available contact time between the two countries in late in the evening so we had a week of trying to process it and lost our $10 voucher in the meantime, but the assistance was wonderful and consistent. She was most patient. We ended up entering it as a guest user instead of creating an account and that worked. We ordered them on a Sunday evening (in Australia) and they arrived on our doorstep within 4 days- it was expensive but so quick so very worth it!!. I will be contacting you to send the costume back. I needed it for a corporate event. It is not constructed well enough to be able to wear to that event. For the price, I thought it would be more like "real" clothes than a cheap chintzy halloween type costume. (more)

I like the many different choices to choose from and the prices are resonable. There are times though that certain items are out of stock and it tends to take a little long to restock and it tends to make it difficult when we need what were purchasing at a certain date and time. (more)

Customer service did not actually answer my question regarding the improper construction of the costume. they simply replied that if I didn't like it, it could be returned. My second e-mail asked what motivation I would have to order from them again if I couldn't be assured that the item would be properly sewn (I tried 3 times to send the follow-up queestion but didn't see that it was ever sent).
